God's Car is at Church
« on: October 01, 2010, 01:48:22 PM »
I donated my  1994 Ford Escort to  Willowcreek CARS Ministry.  I believe it is the first EV they have had donated.  I doubt they are going to give it to a single Mom as they usually do with their cars. It might be put on their AutoTrader site so you might want to look for it as it is fully functional.  It has been a great time time driving God's Car, but my commute was making it sit unused for several days at a time. If you do buy it, tell me and I can help you with advise about the car.

Thank you Tim!

Unfortunately, when you are donating a car, you cannot ear mark the vehicle to anyone.  As you know I wanted to ear mark it to Rich, but Willowcreek CARS Ministry said that was illegal.  Hopefully, people interested in EV's will watch for it on the CARS Ministry website for purchasing vehicles from them.  Maybe Dan Hybels the director of CARS Ministry wants to use God's Car onsite for education, and shows because he and his brother, the pastor, are big on  the environment.
