Kit for VW conversion

A guy called this evening with questions about this kit he saw on ebay:

After reading about the kit, i think it looks pretty good for the money.  My only concern is the charger seems too small (3A?)?

The guy that called is planning on doing a trike with a chopper front and a vw bug back.

What are your opinions on this kit ?
