Ted, great article, thanks for sharing. So if a Volt is discounted by $10k to around $33k and then you subtract the $7500 federal tax credit and the10% Illinois EPA discount of around $3300 that brings the price to about $23k which is the target price for new cars that people will purchase the vehicles. And the Leaf price of 36k drops to around $22k with the new pricing and incentives, so that should spur sales too.
