Great presentation on the current status on the JCESR (Joint Center Energy Storage Research) 5-5-5 program.
Announced in Dec. 2012, the 5-5-5 program refers to developing a lithium battery that is 5 times cheaper and 5 times more powerful in 5 years. Excellent graph of Energy Density (Wh/L) vs Specific Energy (Wh/kg) on page 24.
