Yes Sam, it definitely helps EV drivers to communicate to reduce charging station contention issues. A cool part of the internet is that such sites can be created quite quickly to address issues that come up. This site is so simple (a boilerplate look), i suspect that the owner thought of the problem and solution and implemented it within a few hours!
