Exide price over Trojan

I have an excellent price from Battery Plus for a comparable Exide GC135 battery to my Trojan 125. Exide at $74.50 Trojan at $135 the only difference is a amp hour capacity of 5hrs: Exide 235 and Trojan 240.
Website prices on the Exide are over $130, but the store manager has given me in writing the price above for the 19 batteries I am buying. Can anyone see a reason not to go with this switch from Trojans that I have used for six years to the Exide.

I have heard that Excide batteries are not of the greatest quality. The price would probably reflect that. And, if they are sealed lead-acide, I would advise to steer clear for everyday EV purposes.
Better to stick with the tried-and-true wet cell Trojans. Even if they are a bit pricey.

Todd they are wet cell, not sealed, not Optima. Same exact size, and even if I have to replace them in two years rather than three years, aren't I still ahead of the game? Reply please, I value your opinion.

I don't have any personal experience with the Excide batteries.
Does anyone else?
Seems to me if it is too good to be true (price, etc.) then it probably is.
