Does anyone have a Chevy Volt that I could call to discuss the alerts on the Volt?  My number is 708-236-0272.

Tim,

Looks like the gm-volt forum is a good place to read and potentially ask about it.  GM people seem to post in there too if they feel like they don't understand the issue yet.

Or much worse

Keep us posted if you need help fixing stuff.

Seems to have worked itself out.    I am charging at 40 the previous owner only got 36.  I travel 12 miles and use only 7 miles of range.  I charge up with 120 volt and it charges easily in less time than my 75 mile Ford Focus Electric.  I truly do not understand why Chevy Volts have such a low resale value.   I have 62,000 on the car and it does not look like the battery pack is any worse for the wear.

Tim,

I agree with you, I think the demand for used ones just isn't enough to absorb all of the used units on the market.  It won't last forever so if you want a cheap Volt, get on with it!

Like you have noted, they seem to be reliable.
